Best Leg Taekwondo Academy

May 2025 marks 20 years of Best Leg Taekwondo. Over the years, we have produced leaders, blackbelts, and instructors, who have gone on to achieve many success both in Taekwondo and their personal lives
On 10th May, several members of the club and their families came together to celebrate this wonderful milestone.

Best Leg poomsae athletes attended the London Poomsae Championships in Bromley on 11th May 2025 winning 1 gold, 1 silver and 4 bronze medals. Great efforts by our athletes all round as we prepare the the Danish Open Poomsae in June.

Amazing results at the British National Poomsae Championships with a medal haul from a very small team, achieving 3 gold, 1 silver, and 2 bronze medals. Overall improvements too in scores, which shows the work being put in, is making a great difference. Well done to Signey, Evylotta,Francesca, Nur, Cynthia, Vida, Aiyana &,Nahla (Tsunami).

13 members from Best Leg Taekwondo competed at the 1st Aquila Open Poomsae Championships at University of East London winning a total of 4 gold, 2 silver and 4 Bronze medals. Great experience opportunity for some of our younger athletes.

Best Leg attended the 7th Bluewave Open Poomsae tournament 2024, won 1 gold and 1 bronze medal. Next event is the Aquila Open in October 2024.
