How to Book Your
Weigh-In Time Slot

To ensure a smooth and efficient weigh-in process, please follow these steps:

  1. Select Your Time Slot: Review the available 10-minute time slots below. Each slot can accommodate up to five athletes. If you have more than five athletes in your group, please book additional slots as needed to ensure everyone can be processed within the designated time.
    • Weigh-in times are available on July 5th only from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM.
  2. Provide Your Details: Once you have selected your desired time, proceed to enter the required athlete information in the provided fields.
  3. Confirm Your Booking: Finalize your reservation by clicking the “Book” button.
